Phys­i­cal

As a phys­i­cal system, Cine­so­mat­ics increas­es the flex­i­bil­i­ty, mobil­i­ty, range, vibrance, and somat­ic resource­ful­ness in the body while drop­ping thought. Since sto­ries and trau­mas are lit­er­al­ly held in parts of the body, releas­ing mental or emo­tion­al blocks can clear their cor­re­lat­ed phys­i­cal “blocks”—and vice versa.

Emo­tion­al

As an emo­tion­al system, Cine­so­mat­ics brings repressed and dis­so­ci­at­ed feel­ings to the sur­face to be seen, fully-felt, resolved, inte­grat­ed, and learned from. As we cul­ti­vate a mature rela­tion­ship with our emo­tions and stop cut­ting off or shut­ting down feel­ing, we are less reac­tive and dra­mat­ic, and become more empathic.

Mental

As a mental system, Cine­so­mat­ics illu­mi­nates stuck pat­terns, lim­it­ing world­views, dys­func­tion­al strate­gies, and uncon­scious shadow mate­r­i­al to be inte­grat­ed. We get out of our heads and learn the cor­rect use of thought. We col­lapse the sto­ries, beliefs, and nar­ra­tives in our mind that bind us to suf­fer­ing and limitation.

Spir­i­tu­al

As a spir­i­tu­al system, Cine­so­mat­ics reveals the arche­typ­al mytholo­gies at the basis of suf­fer­ing, dual­is­tic think­ing, egoic attachment—facilitating gen­uine awak­en­ing. Com­bin­ing ancient meth­ods with 21st-cen­tu­ry tech­nol­o­gy, Cine­so­mat­ics is a rev­o­lu­tion­ary approach to trans­for­ma­tion and ground­ed spir­i­tu­al devel­op­ment for pro­fes­sion­als world­wide. Using advanced video tech­nol­o­gy, we are able to facil­i­tate rapid and prac­ti­cal trans­for­ma­tion with clients in-person and online.

Cine­so­mat­ics requires an expert-level under­stand­ing of not just ther­a­py and facil­i­ta­tion, but also of film and tech­nol­o­gy. Decades of mul­ti­dis­ci­pli­nary train­ing and exper­i­men­ta­tion of var­i­ous heal­ing approaches—along with com­put­er and video technology—come togeth­er to make this a reality.

Advanced cam­eras and dis­plays, along with record­ings of events and ses­sions, allow par­tic­i­pants to see the truth of how they show up—with the evi­dence on video. The level of data revealed in par­tic­i­pants’ move­ments and behav­iors gives them unprece­dent­ed insight into their subconscious.

As tech­nol­o­gy has evolved, Cine­so­mat­ic tech has been clas­si­fied into two grades: “Pro­fes­sion­al” and “Cin­e­mat­ic”.

Cur­rent­ly, in-person work­shops are the only way to expe­ri­ence “Cin­e­mat­ic-Grade” Cine­somtics due to the high-end equip­ment required.

All in-person events are record­ed and under­go post-pro­duc­tion video edit­ing. These videos allow par­tic­i­pants to view HD replays for the final level of feed­back. This final replay allows clients to see how they respond­ed to the feed­back given during the event or ses­sion, giving them a fur­ther layer of reflec­tion to integrate.

“Pro­fes­sion­al-Grade”

Any use of video-review with move­ment, feel­ing, and feed­back is con­sid­ered Cine­so­mat­ics. To be “Pro­fes­sion­al-Grade”, the video qual­i­ty must be suf­fi­cient for prop­per review at var­i­ous speeds, and the entire ses­sion must be record­ed for replay review. Nearly all modern equip­ment can pro­vide this level.

During online events and ses­sions, pro­fes­sion­al-grade soft­ware is used to record and review video footage of par­tic­i­pants over the inter­net. Ses­sion video replays are made avail­able to par­tic­i­pants after the call ends.

“Cin­e­mat­ic-Grade”

Our pro­pri­etary process uses the same high-end cin­e­matog­ra­phy tech­nol­o­gy as Hol­ly­wood to record par­tic­i­pants’ move­ments in incred­i­ble detail.

The high dig­i­tal data rates of both camera and mon­i­tor allow us to uncov­er all the hidden analog “data” we trans­mit uncon­scious­ly to the world—the sub­con­scious infor­ma­tion which nor­mal­ly gets looked right past. This gives us 4–8x the amount of ther­a­peu­tic infor­ma­tion shown versus the Pro­fes­sion­al-Grade. Replays are also of sub­stan­tial­ly higher res­o­lu­tion and quality.
